There's a collaborative project taking place on our forum. Eight of us to make 3 tiles each in a colour scheme picked by one of the participants who will then receive them in the post . We all get to choose our own colour scheme and will end up with a set of 24 tiles to do with as we wish. Chris is the first person to receive her tiles. Can't wait to see how they look all mounted together.

Wooden Viking Plaque
My husband carved this viking boat out of a large wooden block for my mum, who is Norwegian. She wanted her house name on it, so I was let loose on it with my burning tool, I was really worried that I might ruin it.
Birthday card
This is for my forum friend Galina who has recently had her birthday. The background was made from inks and a background stamp (unknown). Images from a digital collage sheet I won from Retro Café Art
Here be Dragons
We were set us the Febrary challenge by Seona, to use some of the items she sent us. I had great fun tearing up those dodgy papers then toned them down using some gesso and glimmer mists and inks. My piece was to be sent to Ann so I added some Dragons for her. The whole piece has a nice soft glimmer but it hasn't shown up in the photo roll on summer.

Altered matchbox swap
The challenge was to use only 3 colours of which one had to be black. The interior of the box was covered in black stazon then dabbed with alcohol inks. The exterior was covered in embossed metal then dabbed with alcoloh ink. Flower also had some of the ink dabbed on it and stamped. Sorry about the picture quality, natural daylight hasn't been kind and the metal is too reflective.
